As a habits-based nutrition coach, I specialize in helping clients achieve their body composition goals and fuel their training through building sustainable habits. I work with both athletes and recreational exercisers on developing the skills to fuel their performance and deliver results. Together we co-create an individualized nutrition program that will support your unique preferences and lifestyle, and help you love the process, not just the product of your hard work. Don't be fooled, change IS work. However, it's much more enjoyable with an accountability partner supporting you throughout the process. With my guidance, you'll learn not just the "why" behind your nutrition choices, but also the "what" and "how" to make lasting changes. ​
