Hi! I'm Coach Rachel.
I believe my role extends far beyond just nutrition coach and certified trainer, because often you need more than simply the 'what and the how' to transform your habits. Most of us know the things we need to change.
We fall short on the execution when we lack the performance mindset to support the performance nutrition plan. They go hand in hand.
I have helped a range of clients transform their health over the past decade with an approach that helps me serve as their personal cheerleader, accountability partner, and educator.
I work closely with athletes and non-athletes in their wellness journey and hope to make the process educational, encouraging, and empowering for each client.
