I am a certified sports nutrition coach and personal trainer living in Dallas, TX.
Since moving to Texas from Boston, MA in 2011, I have helped my clients transform their health with a habits based approach to physical transformation.

As a NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach and Precision Nutrition coach, I work closely with both athletes and non-athletes to help them reach their goals. I hope to make the process educational and empowering for each individual client.

I believe the transformation process is about finding ways of eating and moving that serve you and add to your life. Your habits shape your days, and ultimately shape your life long after you reach your goal. Therefore, having a client-centered approach to nutrition and health is important for adherence and joy!
